Delightful reminder of past times, this 1860s era handkerchief holder is meant to be worn as a ring with a tiny chain dangling from your hand. An engraved heart shaped clip holds a handkerchief. It is secured in place with a small slider that adjusts for the fabric. Can be worn on various fingers. Approx size 7.5 US.
