Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is defective due to manufacturing and not use. In this situation, the customer needs to email leslie.merriman@ourcultureislove.com and should include a photo and brief summary of the issue. If approved, the customer will receive a store credit or replacement product if one is available.

To be eligible for a standard return (one within 30 days), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Perishable goods such as spices and teas cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Sale items are final sales.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leslie.meriman@ourcultureislove.com and send your item to:

We cannot promise that your item will be replaced due to the handmade and limited production of our goods. 

Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Before shipping an item back, you must email us first in order to receive a free shipping label. Contact leslie.merriman@ourcultureislove.com for a return label and one will be emailed to you. If you return the item on your own without contacting us for a return label, you will not be refunded for shipping fees.

For Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
